Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join a dynamic construction and development business located in the NW. This role offers progression opportunities and the chance to work on a diverse range of projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be part of the Construction team, playing a crucial role in building successful projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Site Management: Ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards set by the client.


• Record Maintenance: Keeping detailed site records.


• Staff Management: Leading the site staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  
  
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  
  
  • First Aid certification

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager
  
  
  • Extensive experience in the Construction industry, particularly with residential projects and refurbishments.
  
  
  • Proven track record of delivering mixed-use residential new builds and refurbishment projects.
  
  
  
  

Additional Skills

• Ability to travel to various project sites across the North West.


• Strong leadership qualities with the confidence to manage and motivate a team.


• Robust working knowledge of the construction industry.
