Senior Site Manager

Location: South West LondonSalary: 70K- 71K per YearContract: PermanentType: Full TimeReference: SSM_888_1718631578Posted: June 17, 2024I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Senior Site Manager for their high end residential heritage scheme. The scheme consist of over 300 high end luxury apartments. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for mainly looking after the externals which includes Window replacement, brickwork replacement, landscaping works, scaffolding works. You will also be leading a team of 5 Site Managers, planning and co-coordinating day to day site activities, managing health and safety on site, managing sub-contractors, chairing weekly sub-contractor meetings and reporting into the Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have Grade Listed/Heritage experience, must be a driver and able to work to tight deadlines and have cut and carve experience. This is a permanent position, salary between 70k-75k (DOE), plus 5k car allowance. You must also hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
