You will be working a Project Director who will visit once a week, as Senior Site Manager you will be leading the project. Which is an industrial unit worth �7m.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager

• Coordinate and oversee aspects of the project from steel erection to completion.
• Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

• SSSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Relevant experience

The firm hiring are a highly reputable outfit with a large order book for 2024/25. They are a main contractor who work nationwide but HQ is in London.
