They are currently undertaking the development of a significant new housing project in Middlesbrough, representing a major expansion in the region's residential capacity. As part of this ambitious venture, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong background in housing and ground works to join the project team.
Role Overview: As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of the new housing development project. You will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your extensive experience in housing and ground works will be pivotal in driving the project to completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
