We are currently assisting a reputable medium sized main contractor in their search for a Senior Site Manager on an industrial scheme in Portsmouth
Job role: Senior Site Manager
Rate: �320 - �350/day (DOE)
Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing, 2 months+
Senior Site Manager responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise
- Liaising with client and providing updates on works being done
Senior Site Manager Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
- Experience on steel frame/industrial schemes up to �10million
