We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a prestigious 260 traditional unit development as the No.1 Site Manager. This exciting opportunity is with a well-established and highly regarded developer, known for delivering high-quality residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Lead a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver the project on time and within budget.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control, and site procedures.
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide regular progress updates and resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and work sequencing.
- Ensure the development maintains excellent safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong background in traditional build methods and managing large developments.
- Extensive experience working as the lead site manager (No.1) on multi-phase projects.
- Excellent understanding of health, safety, and quality management practices.
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card are essential.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
