An opportunity for a driven and proactive Senior Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Developer has arisen. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is keen to progress there career further and be apart of exciting new developments.

About the role of Senior Site Manager

Reporting to the Project Manager you will manage the construction of a development including all associated pre and post house building works, ensuring that targets are met regarding health and safety, delivery to build programme quality and cost.

Responsibilities of the Senior Site Manager:

• Co-coordinating Labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme
• Always deliver a high standard of site presentation
• Liaising proactively with other internal departments, external suppliers to ensure the build programme is achieved
• Ensure that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality, complying with NHBC standards, build regulations and best practice

Requirements

• Previous experience working with a multi volume housebuilder
• Proven ability to consistently deliver weekly targets
• In depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and house building and the relevant legislative requirements
• CSCS, SMSTS
• Ability to prioritise tasks proactively to anticipate and meet changing business needs
• IT literate
• Timber frame experience would be beneficial
