Key Responsibilities:
Overall Site Management:
Lead and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Planning & Programming:
Develop and maintain a detailed project program, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and delays.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures, ensuring all work is carried out to the required specifications and client expectations.
Health & Safety:
Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel, implementing and enforcing all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
Procurement:
Assist with the procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Client Liaison:
Maintain regular communication with the client, keeping them informed of progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Subcontractor Management:
Manage and coordinate the work of all subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to the project program and quality standards.
Budget Management:
Monitor project costs, identify and address any potential cost overruns, and ensure the project remains within budget.
Reporting: Prepare
regular progress reports for the Project Manager and client, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and any necessary corrective actions.
