Senior Site Manager

Our client a leading manufacturer and installer of windows and doors across Scotland are looking to add a Senior Site Manager to their team across Moray. The role is temporary, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to take charge of site operations, ensuring health & safety, quality, and program deadlines are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
�Lead and manage site teams.
�Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
�Create comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful execution.
�Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
�Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site
�Deliver regular updates to senior management on project progress, financial performance, and any emerging issues.
�Monitor progress, resolve issues, and drive project efficiency
�Manage site documentation, reporting, and risk assessments
What We're Looking For:
�Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in Construction.
�Must have CSCS and SMSTS.
�Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
�Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
�Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines under pressure
�Must have a valid driving licence
