Senior Site Manager

Straight-Line Civils are currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a background in Reinforced Concrete to start on site in Blackpool.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget


• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution


• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement changes as necessary to keep projects on track


• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations

The ideal candidate...

• Has significant experience with RC projects and within Site Management roles


• Local or within commuting distance to Blackpool


• CSCS Manager card and SMSTS/SSSTS

Potential for either permanent or contract employment
