The company:

A regional Main Contractor who specialise in projects ranging from �1m - �20m in value. Projects will include Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Education schemes.

The role:

Reporting into a Project�Manager you will be responsible for overseeing internal finishes on this new build Healthcare scheme. Your role will involve but not be limited to:

• Management of the master build programme


• Preparation of short term programmes


• Weekly progress meetings with the client, site team and subcontractors


• Progress reporting to the Project Manager on a weekly basis


• Pre-start meetings with the relevant subcontractors


• Overseeing Health & Safety on site and production of relevant reports


• Liaise regularly with external bodies regarding the scheme�including Building Control, HSE, Utilities and Service providers and the client

About you:

• You will have gained circa 5+ years experience, ideally working for a Main Contractor


• Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)


• Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential


• Experience of controlling multiple subcontractor packages and direct labour


• Strong organisational and time management skills
