As part of this exciting period of growth, they are looking to establish a strong social media presence in the space, starting with appointing an experienced Social Media Manager to get things off the ground.About the company...Founded over 20 years ago, this company has constantly kept up with the changing nature of marketing and the appetite of clients. So much so, they are a successful business in their own right from the hard work and foundations that were laid in the early days.The business has reached a pivotal point in their journey wherein they are acquiring clients outside their usual remit and have strong plans to extend their service offering from website design to more of a fully rounded agency focusing on Brand as a whole including things like (but not limited to): Design, Social Media, PR and offline marketing.About the role...To kickstart the move to offering full Social Media support, there is a role for a Senior Social Media Manager up for grabs.This would be an excellent opportunity for somebody with a couple of years dedicated Social Media experience under their belt. You may be in a Social Media Manager position now and looking for the next step, or already in that Senior Social Manager position and looking for an exciting, fresh challenge.The overall aim of this role is to lay down the groundworks of what a good Social Media offering looks like. This will heavily be involved in strategy planning and aligning with the goals of the wider team in areas such as content and SEO.Alongside the strategy planning, you will be responsible for the delivery of said campaigns. Whether that is delivering them yourself, or working with colleagues within the business to help you brainstorm and activate.Given the historical nature of this agency, you will be excellent in delivering plans and results to clients in both written and verbal format. You will be required to fact-find and deep dive on individual clients and create bespoke Social Media plans based on facts and statistics.As it stands, the client works in a more B2B capacity with historical client relationships but there will be an opportunity to develop and forge new relationships, that may span across B2C. Given the B2B nature, a lot of the work will be across LinkedIn and Instagram.This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office in West Yorkshire.About you...You will pride yourself on being a bubbly, charismatic and energetic individual who adds great value to the team that they work in.You will have a strong passion for Social Media and pride yourself on being on top of trends, before they become mainstream!
