OnePlus is seeking for a result oriented and proactive Social Media Manager to join our EU Hub marketing team, the successful candidate will be joining us at a very exciting time for the brand. We have ambitious goals for growth in the region, we continue to lead the market in innovation and we work with partners and stakeholders across Europe and beyond.This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced social media manager to play an integral role in growing an engaged online audience in Europe for one of the world’s fastest growing tech brands. The role will be based in London, responsible for executing European level campaigns, and will also be giving strategic support to individual market teams across the region.Main responsibilities:1. Lead social media campaign delivery from EU hub, creating campaigns that engage and grow our community in the region2. Oversee and execute the influencer marketing strategy (across scales and scope) for the region and manage and coordinate influencer resources with country teams3. Supporting local markets to execute global and EU campaigns in each market4. Media planning in support of campaigns, identifying and planning key channels (TV, OOH, Digital, Podcast, etc) and looking for innovative partnerships5. Managing creative agency process from brief through to delivery6. Set clear KPIs, monitor campaign data and ensure all work exceeds expectations7. Supporting junior team members, helping to develop their digital marketing careers8. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in HQ, the EU region, and country teams to ensure the consistency of our narrative across all channelsQualifications1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in digital marketing, marketing, media, or other related majors2. 3+ years proven experience of delivering industry leading social campaigns3. Understanding of the roles media and creative play in delivering best-in-class campaigns4. Experience growing online communities, with s passion for engaging on social5. Proven capabilities to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines6. Strong written English, with intuition of social media lingo, culture, and landscape7. Passion for tech and smartphones
