Randstad are recruiting for Qualified Senior Social Workers to join the Hillingdon Council for the Children's services in the Front Door team. This full-time contract role has a fantastic pay rate of £38.50 per hour and offers flexible working schedules.

The role entails:
- You must be a qualified Social Worker (holding a social work degree or equivalent) registered with Social Work England with at least 2 years post qualifying experience, ideally with experience of working in a Children's Social Work assessment team.
- You must be someone who thinks outside the box, can challenge others and make evidenced based decisions.
- You must be enthusiastic and committed to building a culture based on excellence and collaboration.
- You must be someone who can challenge and make evidenced based decisions.
- You must be someone who has leadership and management skills to support others in developing risk management skills.
- Should you be offered the role, as part of the pre-employment checks an Enhanced DBS will be actioned for you (unless you are on the DBS Update Service).
