They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be a hands-on coding role with no line-management. The ideal candidate will be someone who is experienced in .NET, Angular and Azure. The role can be fully remote or hybrid in London, but there will be an expectation for quarterly meet ups in London. UK candidates only.The Software Engineer should be familiar with the modern software development life cycle from preliminary system design through to development and onto tests and deployment. The role of the Senior Software Engineer is to take high level designs from the Enterprise Architect and requirements from the Product Team and deliver well engineered solutions that deliver on those designs and requirements.This entails working on technical, well documented designs alongside the wider team, implementing those solutions alongside the wider team and seeing those solutions through testing, to deployment and onto maintenance. While their code base is based on .NET 8 and Angular with hosting in Azure, it would be advantageous to have some knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and other technologies.You will work closely with the Scrum Master, Architects and Head of Engineering to continually improve how our client build software. You will contribute new ideas and challenge the team to do better.
