Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across North America, South America, and Europe to help them hire. n u0026 n Our Client n n n Our client is building the first of its kind Web3 operating platform that is entirely smart contract based focusing on serving on-chain use cases.u0026 n Their mission is to bridge the gap that would enable the next wave of enterprises, funds and institutions to operate on-chain in a safe, compliant and efficient way. n Our client is looking for another senior software engineer to grow their growing team! n n n n In this role, you will: n n Work directly with the CEO and have visibility into all aspects of the company n Work across the entire technical stack including: platform, protocol and more n Design infrastructure and protocol systems n Directly engage with our customers to iterate and build a best-in-class user experience n Stay up to date with latest developments in crypto infrastructure and Defi areas nn What weu0027re seeking n n 3+ years of experience in hands-on software engineering with familiarity working with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript and Solidity n Experience in smart contract development n Experience with tools, practices, and programming patterns for ensuring software correctness n Strong problem solving skills with experience independently delivering large initiatives end-to-end, from idea to live and adding value n Excellent communication skills in both an internal and customer-facing context and fluent in writing design documentation as well as participating in technical discussions and reviews synchronously, asynchronously, in person or remotely n Product-driven mindset with deep empathy for our customers n Strong desire to work at a very early stage startup with interest to take on project from zero to one with collaboration with the rest of the core team n Love working hard and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a delivery-minded mentality: innovate, iterate, and ship fast n Intellectually honest and low ego.
