This product is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic, startup-oriented team based in London and Tel Aviv. The team's mission is to help customers efficiently collect data and seamlessly integrate it into their workflow. Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia). About The Role As a WorkForms engineer, you will lead the development of new features and directly impact the future of our product, from the database to the user interface. You will design architectures that handle high scale while ensuring a secure and exceptional user experience. Your responsibilities will include building core capabilities essential to the form workflow, such as conditional logic, integrations with third-party tools, form analytics and reporting visualizations, and native connectivity with the monday.com platform, among others. What you will do: Collaborate with a hybrid team based in London and Tel Aviv, comprising experienced and highly talented developers, designers, and product managers, using cutting-edge technologies. Evolve our architecture and engineering to support an ever-growing scale of users, features, and data. Work on a unique product that operates independently and integrates natively within the monday.com platform. Develop a product that serves as a primary entry point for customers into the monday.com experience. Influence the company's product architecture and craftsmanship significantly. Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making. Work closely with Product and Design teams, taking end-to-end ownership of projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Implement technical solutions to support growth strategies, including AI, performance enhancements, code optimization, microservice architecture, and more. Our Stack: React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, ElasticSearch, Redis, MySQL. Note: Prior experience with our tech stack is not required; we welcome people willing to learn. Your Experience & Skills Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use every day. Focus on quality and simplicity. Deep understanding of product development with a passion for creating software that provides an exceptional user experience. Team player with strong communication skills and empathy. Understanding user behavior, market trends, and customer journey optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
