As a Full-Stack Software Engineer in this business, you will work closely with a tight-knit team, playing a direct role in shipping software that will transform the daily working lives of their clients. To excel in this position, you will need to: Be a competent Full-Stack Engineer with 5-6 years experience working in a commercial environment. Proficiency in React for the front-end would be highly beneficial. Have substantial experience with the company's tech stack, including Next.js/React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and Node.js. Possess a strong team-player mentality, thriving in a committed yet fun environment where collaboration is key. Have prior experience working in a start-up setting, understanding that requirements may change and being agile enough to adapt accordingly. Come from a solid academic background. Bonus points will be awarded if you have a fundamental understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) or OpenAI's API, previous experience as a founding engineer, or have worked in a YC-backed business previously.
