Job Description Role: Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer Salary : Circa 70k + Bonus (Up to 20%) Benefits: 10% pension, Private Medical + much more Our client, a global Insurance client in London, are building out their innovation team (Greenfield projects) and looking for a Mid-Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Why would you be interested? Greenfield projects in an exciting innovation team Get to use a range of different tech Able to be self sufficient but also with support from other teams Opportunity to explore AI and ML Small collaborative team Good progression opportunities Experience required: Experience with Python Experience of any JavaScript language (Typescript, React, Angular and/or htmx) Experience of any Python frameworks Flask, FastAPI or similar Good understanding of agile software engineering practices, methods and tools (BDD / TDD etc) Appetite for continual experimentation & learning Any Cloud experience (AWS or Azure or GCP) Nice to have (not mandatory): Database experience SQL or NoSQL Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices Familiar with IaC Terraform, CloudFormation or similar If interested, please get in touch.
