Senior Software Engineer / Founding Engineer - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 - £90,000 🚀Are you a Senior Engineer interested in joining a tech-for-good business to lead on building impactful software solutions?Wave Talent are partnered with a well-funded B2B2C marketplace business to hire their first Senior Full Stack Software Engineer into the business. The successful Senior Engineer will report directly to the CEO and will have the opportunity to take ownership of the technology stack, make key design decisions, and lead the transition to a scalable platform. Here's the key information:💼 A tech-for-good marketplace, well-funded and on the path to profitability.💰 £75,000 - £90,000 (+ equity, DOE).💻 Python + JavaScript.☁️ Currently using Google Cloud (GCP), however any cloud platform experience is desirable.📍 North London (3 days a week on-site, 2 days WFH).👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏻 Team size of 8, with plans for (sustainable) team growth over the next 18 months.What you'll need to be considered for this role:✅ Recent start-up experience, specifically within an early-stage business.✅ Experience working with Python and JavaScript - they currently work with Flask and Vanilla.js, however candidates with any framework experience will be considered).✅ A willingness to commute to their London office 3 days a week.✅ Full right-to-work in the UK (unfortunately, no sponsorship is available).✅ A genuine interest in shaping the success of an early-stage business.You will be joining an early-stage tech-for-good businesses who have helped to generated £millions for communities across the UK. You'll be responsible for shaping their customer facing-applications, internal tooling and everything in between.
