Senior Software Engineering Manager - People Management, SDLC, Investment Data, ESG, Investment Management, London, Permanent - Up to £115,000 + Bonus & Benefits My client a leading Investment Manager are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to run their Regulatory Technology Team within Investments Technology on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for looking after a team of 8 - 10 Engineers, undertaking a mixture of typical line management responsibilities (121s, performance reviews, task allocation etc.) as well as driving delivery, ensuring best practices and wider team and stakeholder engagement (Portfolio Managers, Product Owners) To be successful you will require: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical managerial role within Investment Banking/Management. Project and people/line management skills, including delivery, budgeting, 121s, stakeholder management A Strong background in enterprise Python or Java Experience developing and deploying to public cloud, ideally AWS.
