The Team The EMEA Solutions Consultants are an integral part of the Outreach EMEA Go-To-Market function. We focus on driving real business impact for prospects by being both technology and domain experts. We are expected to understand our prospect s challenges and objectives - then guide them toward lasting solutions. We do this by becoming truly trusted partners of our potential and existing customers through technical acumen and domain expertise while partnering with other functions, internally (success, professional services, product, engineering, marketing) and externally (partners). The Role As a Senior Solutions Consultant you will partner with Account Executives to showcase the power of Outreach to potential and existing customers. In doing so, you will contribute significantly to driving new logo, expansion and renewal revenue for the EMEA region by managing compelling solution-based value propositions that address the prospect s or customer s critical go-to-market hurdles. You will conduct product demos, manage technical validation activities (including proof-of-concept exercises and pilots), and ultimately help develop business cases for the prospect or customer during the entire customer lifecycle. Location: London, UK Your Daily Activities Will Include As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Outreach, you'll help solve problems for potential and existing customers and demonstrate the value of Outreach as a trusted partner to potential and existing customers Partner with Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives to discover and understand the prospect or customer s situation and the difficulties they are experiencing Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to understand their existing processes and craft solutions using Outreach Provide your prospects with insights and learnings from your vast experience in helping customers improve their business / sales development processes Drive adoption during pilots by training users on the Outreach application and general sales process best practice Translate prospect use cases into brilliant technical solutions with the Outreach application and demonstrate the path to ROI Deliver captivating product demos highlighting value propositions to get prospects fired up about how Outreach will help them exceed their goals Manage any technical validation events to successful conclusion ensuring the prospects confidence in the Outreach technology Share your selling and technical experience with the rest of the Outreach field team and make contributions to the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Success teams Assist other Solutions Consultants in the execution of the above responsibilities Provide feedback to product management about the successes and failures in the field Your Profile & Qualifications 4-8+ years experience in a solutions consulting or technical sales role Passionate about SaaS technology solutions and artificial intelligence Familiarity with sales processes, lead and opportunity management, and forecasting Driven and motivated problem solver who works through, around or over challenges to reach success Enjoy and thrive in a fast paced environment Experience with different sales methodologies, frameworks and processes Altruistic attitude with a how-can-I-help? and we-can-solve-it mindsets Organised, collaborative, unafraid to ask questions, honest, enthusiastic, motivated and adaptable with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
