Senior Sous Chef needed for a modern, luxury 5-star hotel.

An exceptional 5-star hotel is looking for a Senior Sous to join a strong team and assist the Head chef in the running of a multi-kitchen operation. These kitchens include a stunning rooftop restaurant, a fine dining restaurant, and a popular afternoon tea service.�

The ideal candidate will have experience In:

• Assisting the head chef with the day-to-day running of multiple kitchens


• Nurturing team members to achieve their potential


• 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel


• The ability to lead a kitchen in a calm and professional manner, this kitchen does not tolerate negative management methods.


• Will have proficiency in the administrative tasks important to run a kitchen.
