\n- Leadership and team management abilities, being a leader from the front
\n- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
\n- A passion for food and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
\n- Knowledge fine dining cooking

Key Responsibilities:

\n- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
\n- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency.
\n- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.
\n- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
