Senior Sous Chef Ideal Profile:
Proven experience at a AA Rosette level, demonstrating a high-calibre of culinary expertise
A passion for the culinary arts
Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to crafting exceptional dishes
Natural leadership qualities with a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and nurturing junior team members
Ambitious, dedicated, and a consummate team player eager to contribute to their success
Senior Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Act as a key leader within the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
Oversee the kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring the highest standards of cooking and service are maintained
Innovate and develop menus, manage costings, and create weekly specials to continually enhance our culinary offerings
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety guidelines
Train and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to their exacting standards
