Top Hotel Resort in Hampshire is now looking for a Senior sous Chef to work alongside the Head chef managing a team of 16.
As Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for the Kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, supporting in the menu development utilising the ethos of healthy and nutritional that this site is well known for and developing and motivating the team.
As Sous chef you will be working 5 days out of 7 and shifts will vary from 8am til 5:30pm and 12:30pm till 10pm, along with very generous staff benefits.
As Sous chef this role is overseeing the buffet dining and seated restaurant options and due to the nature of the property there is no Conference or Banqueting. Salary is £37K per year
