Job Title: Senior Sous Chef
Location: London Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
Contract: 48 Hours p/w
Cuisine: Nikkei Cuisine

We are looking for a chef with experience in High Volume kitchens , and has at least 2+ years as a sous chef in high end restaurants. We expect the chef to be competent in food costing, stock management, and is a confident leader in the kitchen.
