SENIOR SOUS CHEF BOUTIQUE HOTEL EUROPEAN CUISINE SUSSEX - £50,000
This stunning boutique hotel, which is located in a lovely picturesque town in Sussex, is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to train and become Head Chef within 6 months.
Working under a talented and respected Executive Chef for this ambitious group with openings planned for 2025, your development as a Chef is unlimited.
You will be creating fresh modern European cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the best seasonal produce and meats, all which are sourced from local farms and suppliers and bought in fresh daily. You must have experience within rosettes restaurants to be considered for this role.
