Senior Sprinkler Engineer

As a Senior Sprinkler Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. You will manage a team of sprinkler engineers, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on technical expertise with team management and project oversight.

A minimum of 1 years experience as a Senior Sprinkler Engineer is required and at least 3 years experience in the sprinkler industry.

Senior Sprinkler Engineer�Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of sprinkler engineers, providing guidance and support on a day-to-day basis.


• Oversee the installation, testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring work is completed on time and meets quality standards.


• Manage project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.


• Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.


• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the project team, addressing client concerns, providing updates, and ensuring high satisfaction.


• Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, compliance, and team performance.
