Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the unit's clinical and care teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Provide expert mental health support and guidance to residents and staff.
Promote a compassionate and respectful care culture.
Requirements:
Qualified Mental Health Nurse (NMC registered).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in dementia care is an advantage.
