Senior Structural Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with a good knowledge of the Leeds market. Our Client has recently opened a new office in the area and is looking for support to grow a team.�

The Role:

• Proven experience in designing a variety of schemes from inception to completion


• Ability to work with other design team members and clients in the design process


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• A solid understanding and experience in the delivery or all infrastructure aspects of projects from both a technical approval and client viewpoint


• Supporting and developing junior staff members


• Have a good understanding of British Standards and Euro Codes as well as UK Building regulations


• Be proficient in the use of the following software:

Tekla Tedds

Tekla Building Designer

AutoCAD

A basic knowledge of Revit

Microsoft Office

Your Experience

• Educated to degree level as a minimum, ideally a Masters Degree


• You will be chartered or approaching chartered status


• You will have a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience


• Have a strong project history within large developments and having worked examples of these:


• Demonstrate experience in the following sectors -�

Industrial / Logistics

Hotels

Residential

Offices

Public Sector
