Job Title: Senior Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: �55,000 - �65,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent
Security Clearance: UKSV SC Minimum
Office Location: Devon with flexibility for some home working

About the Role

My client, a leading Managed Services provider, is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work within Defence and Government environments, handling complex technical challenges and ensuring high-availability services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure/administer M365, Azure, AWS

• Manage VMware, VDI Virtualisation

• Support Windows & Linux Servers, SQL Server

• Maintain Networks (Cisco/HP), Firewalls (Fortinet/Cisco NG)

• Oversee Storage Area Networks and documentation

Desirable Skills & Certifications:

• M365/Azure & AWS Architecture

• Cybersecurity (CISSP, M365 Security)

• Networking (CCNA/CCNP), PowerShell, DevOps

Security Clearance Requirements

• Sole UK nationals only due to customer project restrictions

• UK MOD security clearance preferred or willingness to obtain
