This is a permanent role within the highly regarded property management department working from the West End HQ, the business are ideally looking for an MRICS Qualified Surveyor at Senior Surveyor / Associate Level. The role will sit within a small team who actively manage one of the most unique and diverse mixed use developments in London, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of management including value add, service charges, rent collections, tenant management, lease management, asset business planning, public realm, commercialisation, placemaking, health & safety, ESG, compliance and reporting to asset managers.
The role is well suited to an MRICS Qualified Surveyor who is looking to join a leading global business and hold extensive commercial / retail property management experience. The role can offer a competitive salary along with a highly rewarding benefits package & bonus scheme.
