Senior Surveyor

Bennett and Game are proud to represent an established and rapidly growing Property Management Specialist, who are currently seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their office and team in Birmingham. The Senior Surveyor will be managing a commercial portfolio, with site visits where required. This opportunity offers hybrid working and a very good route for progression to Associate and Partner level.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior commercial property management experience and MRICS status would be preferred but not essential. Senior Surveyor Position Overview

Senior Surveyor Position Requirements:
Previous commercial property experience is essential
Must be able to commute to Birmingham on a Hybrid basis
MRICS would be preferred but not essential
Full UK drivers' licence
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Ability to coach / mentor the junior members when needed
Good IT and Grammar
