Senior Surveyor

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Colchester.

What the job will be doing

• Manage a team of asset management and surveying staff


• Successfully deliver key work contracts and services within time


• Take responsibility for all activities relating to improvements and repairs & maintenance

What you will need

• Building related degree or similar professional building related qualification


• Detailed knowledge of Asset Management & Building Surveying


• Experience of managing staff, budgets, business planning, and change management.
