Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ipswich
Salary: Up to �70,000

Prime Appointments is working with a Tier 1 fit-out company seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity to work on bespoke commercial projects across London, Suffolk, and Essex.

This is a client-facing role, requiring a detail-oriented, confident, and highly motivated professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project preparation and tendering, including reviewing and allocating preliminary resources
• Attend regular site visits and project review meetings
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Main Contractors
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of Revenue and Cash forecasting, in line with the Finance Director's requirements
• Regularly review order documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy
• Take full responsibility for cost control, valuations, budgeting, and reporting to ensure project profitability
• Prepare subcontractor and supplier accounts

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Confident and outgoing personality with strong client-facing skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience within a joinery background (desirable)
