Purobuild have partnered with an ambitious sustainability-led M&E practice to assist them in their search for a Senior Sustainability Engineer/ Energy Assessor
The successful Senior Sustainability Engineer will work closely with colleagues from nationwide offices to see projects through from initial to final stages.
Salary: 45-55K
Senior Sustainability Engineer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with team members on projects from inception to completion and handover.
- Conduct feasibility studies.
- Write reports for planning submissions.
- Prepare thermal modelling/energy assessments.
- Engage in project design and specifications.
What we are looking for:
- In-depth knowledge of new regulations, including Part L and Part O, and DFE standards.
- Proficiency with IES Software, Level 5 Energy Assessor, SAP10, and Net Zero requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Own transport and driving license (desired but not essential).
- Experience with design and modelling software (training will be provided).
