Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and ready to lead impactful change within one of the world’s most prestigious law firms? I am seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sustainability Manager
to join their team based in London.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing their environmental strategy, collaborating with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to drive their sustainability agenda.
You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage key environmental certifications, and ensure ambitious targets are met, including our commitment to net zero and continuous improvement in environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the environmental strategy, ensuring it’s embedded across all business areas.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to push impactful change.
Oversee governance, compliance, and reporting, including ISO certifications and sustainability reports.
Innovate and implement sustainability initiatives that align with our Responsible Business strategy.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability, ideally within professional services.
Proven track record in managing Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001/50001)
Prepare and submit external sustainability reports (CDP,GHG)
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
A proactive leader with the ability to influence at all levels and drive a high-quality program of work.
