Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team. This role is pivotal in delivering advanced systems engineering solutions to a variety of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions for complex projects
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system integration and performance
  • Conducting rigorous system analysis and trade-off studies
  • Preparing technical documentation, including system specifications and design reports
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
  • Participating in client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Continuously improving systems engineering processes and methodologies
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in using systems modelling tools such as SysML, MagicDraw, or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Relevant degree in engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of Defence & Security sector standards and practices is desirable
