Senior Team Leader

Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in March who are looking for a Senior Team Leader to join their busy team.

About The Role:

This role includes ensuring safe and efficient running of the area, communicating with colleagues and other departments and ensuring the supply of raw materials to the packing lines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Following the production schedule and liaising with the Planning and Production departments to ensure the plan is met.


• Ensuring effective communication at all times.


• Ensuring the scanning process is followed with all boxes scanned correctly.


• Complying with all Organic requirements and procedures.


• Supporting FLT drivers with filling lines when necessary.


• Escalating any issues to the Engineering department when necessary.


• Reporting any quality concerns to the QA Team.


• Managing and ensuring the cleaning schedules are followed.


• Regularly checking the waste product and label as per procedure.


• Ensuring the safe operation of machinery.

About you:

• Experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment


• Attention to detail


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Ability to make decisions and prioritise


• Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others


• Valid Forklift licence of ITSSAR, AITT or RTITB standard is required

Hours and Pay:

� Hours of work: 4 on 4 off, 06:00am-18:00pm, 2x 15 minutes paid break & 1x 30 minutes unpaid break.

� Pay rate - �14.60 per hour = �34,923.20 per year

� This is a PERMANENT position.
