Key Responsibilities:Build strong working relationships with candidates and clientsIdentify new business opportunitiesFind new and better solutions that create valueContinuously strive to achieve individual and team goalsAdapt and embrace change, finding new opportunities and supporting those involvedAchieve and strive to exceed goals responding to any feedbackWork well with peers and support the teamAssessing and responding to the needs of each clientSourcing and attracting a high caliber of candidatesManaging the process through the interview to offer stage and beyondNegotiate salary ratesEnsuring job adverts are attractive and successful in reaching candidatesAdvise and educate clients on current marketNetworkingBeing an expert in the vertical market you are aligned toKey Attributes:Ability to spot and communicate candidate trendsAbility to generate business leads from candidate conversationsAbility to manage candidates through the entire recruitment processStrong experience of preparing candidate CVs for client reviewExperience of preparing and debriefing candidates for interviewAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneouslyAbility to hit targets both financial and CV submission basedExperience in selling job opportunities to candidates in a skills shortage marketStrong communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a number of key stakeholdersBe able to evidence how you have used data to influence hiring Manager decisionsTrack record in generating leads from candidate relationships which has led to new businessCapacity and willingness to maintain links with Regional, UK and global markets along with industry trends and to act as a knowledgeable and respected SME.
