Providing the quality while supporting our production and supply chain colleagues, and delivering a positive return for our growers, means the role has a wide stakeholder group were maintaining all these relationships internally and externally is key for our Senior Account Technical Manager.As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical leadership internally and within our customers, elevating food safety, quality and legal compliance to the next level while delivering financial results.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction for the technical team and develop a supportive approach to staff development training. To Develop networks to support innovation & market leading technical standards. Key point of contact for Retail Customers, for those accounts you directly manage.Develop relationships with all key customer stakeholders e.g. Technologists, Depot QA’s. Ensure that a clear technical strategy in place for your account & well as ensuring your teams customers have clear strategy in place. To be the key point of contact for customer visits Ensure that customer is always kept abreast of all relevant product and supplier developments. Pro-actively communicate quality to customers and manage shelf life accordingly. Support the Technical Director, in the management of customer relationship and the development of the technical strategy for your customers. Play a key role in the growth & profitable development of the customer accounts. Including the development of customers specific QIP’s.Work with production to identify and exploit opportunities to improve quality performance of business efficiency. Communicate strategies to customers and gain commitment. Conduct development visits to G’s Farms and our supply partners to ensure customer requirements are understood and compliance assured.Candidate requirements:Strategic and pro-active approach Strong attention to detailExceptional communication skills.
