Senior Interactive Technical Artist Location: London (Hybrid In-Office Wed, Thu & Fri) Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Sponsorship: Available

The Role As a Senior Interactive Technical Artist, youll be at the forefront of our interactive and VR projects, working alongside some of the best architects and property developers in the world.
You will: Shape and evolve art pipelines, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output
Drive performance goals and optimisations for PC development
Work on the Unreal Engine 5 content creation pipeline, covering Blueprints, shading (HLSL), lighting, FX, and animation
Develop artist tools and support studio-wide workflows
Create clear documentation and train artists to enhance technical skills
What Were Looking For Essential Skills: Advanced expertise in Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints, texturing, shading, FX, lighting, animation)
Experience in performance optimisation and profiling tools for PC development
Knowledge of computer hardware specifications for project deployment
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and time management
Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between creative and technical teams
Desirable Skills: Experience as a Technical Artist (highly advantageous)
Familiarity with Unreal Insights, Substance Suite, VR design, Niagara & Blueprints
Knowledge of C++ and experience in architecture is a plus
