Senior/Technical Coordinator - New Build Housing
Staffordshire/Hybrid working
£47,000 - 60,000 + bonus + car/allowance

Kitson Associates are excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Senior/Technical Coordinator to join a Partnerships developer due to continued growth within the team.
Role and Responsibilities
* Oversee the technical aspects of residential developments from design to completion
* Comfortably managing 2-3 sites at varying stages
* Manage consultant contracts, fee proposals, and appointments.
* Work closely with internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all designs are buildable and comply with regulatory standards.
* Ensure all technical information (working drawings, consultant documents, and approvals) is accurately coordinated and submitted to building control and warranty providers.
Skills and Experience
* BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
* Exposure to both architectural and engineering sides of a Technical Coordinator role.
* Experience with brownfield sites
* Competent with current building regulations
* Proficiency with AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Mathematical proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
