Senior Technical Coordinator

ACR are working with a privately owned, high quality house builder based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit either a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator.

Duties include:

• Working closely with all disciplines across the business to ensure that new developments are designed accurately and value-engineered appropriately to ensure our sites are built out efficiently and cost effectively.


• Assist in managing appointed consultants (incl. architectural & engineering, highways and sustainability/energy consultants) to prepare working drawings/specifications etc.


• To an agreed programme, discharge NHBC Building Control conditions


• Attend project team meetings, design team meetings and other meetings as required.�


• Reporting directly to the Head of Technical.

Experience/Skills required:

• Highly organised


• Experience working a Technical Coordinator role for a House Builder


• Ability to run more than one project efficiently�


• Be collaborative
