Skills, Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a technical role. Experience of working on a mixed tenure private/affordable apartment development. 2 years experience of developing junior employees. Knowledgeable in the planning process Capable of managing a developing a team which will include a variety of Technical staff of all levels. Experienced in residential traditional build projects Experienced professional with a previous history working for a residential developer Need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
