Are you an experienced Senior Technical Manager seeking a new role working as a No2 to the Design Director. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Manager or Senior Design Manager to take on a new challenging role, managing a portfolio of 5 live project and an internal design team.

About the role of Senior Technical Manager

This role will take a holistic view across multiple residential projects in London ranging from 200 units to 1000 units with the vast majority being of RC frame construction. This is a managerial focused role responsible for a design team of up to 10 site-based staff.

Requirements for the Senior Technical Manager role

• Experience working in a Senior role with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience on RC frame projects
• Experience managing a team
