Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant

A well-established recruitment agency bringing together a team with over four decades of experience is looking for a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant. Along with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, you will also receive uncapped monthly commission and yearly bonuses, monthly/quarterly/yearly incentives, a structured personal development plan, a car allowance and paid parking, generous holiday allowance including special days off, work from home Fridays with an added half-day option, plus many more!

As Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Driving growth within the Technology team
Developing business with new and existing clients across the UK
Cross-selling for additional divisions
Expanding relationships with current clients
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Offering support and guidance to junior team members
Contributing innovative ideas to the management team
Marketing job vacancies
Conducting candidate reference checks
Organising and scheduling interviews
Overseeing negotiations with candidates and clients
We’re looking for a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant with:
