A new and exciting opportunity has become available to join a great team based on the Southam Industrial Estate for an experienced Senior Test Technician. The company is highly successful manufacturing company with excellent company benefits.

Company Benefits:
Hours of work 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday with an hour unpaid break
Holiday - 31 days inclusive of bank holidays (they have a shutdown at Christmas, so holiday needs to be reserved for this)
After 2 years service, 2 extra days holiday are added. A further day of holiday is given for each subsequent 5 years of service up to a maximum of 36 days
Pension company contributes 3%, employee 5% (salary sacrifice scheme)

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 DOE

Objective
Reporting to the Production Manager. To contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the business by ensuring that goods are assembled and tested correctly and conform to their respective drawings and test procedures, the ISO9001:2008 quality procedures and the company standards.
Main Responsibilities
Supervision of technicians testing various manifold assemblies, cartridge valves and customer returns
