Senior Town Planner

Create is seeking a senior town planner to join our multi-disciplinary team. We have a mixed team comprising town planners, architects, landscape designers and master planners, delivering projects across various sectors, including film studios, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, education and religious buildings. We also seek additional work in the public housing, public realm and education sectors. You will, therefore, be working in a mixed-disciplinary team to help deliver these projects and help to seek new work. We seek a planner experienced in a range of our work sectors and ideally has good experience working with housing associations, local authorities and other public sector clients. Experience working on public tenders would be valuable. We seek an enthusiastic team player who will thrive in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be a qualified RTPI member or a qualified town planner with substantial experience. You will be able to work in a team. Still, also autonomously on a range of planning projects, and you will possess significant experience submitting planning applications and have experience dealing with appeals.
